Job Title: Field Sales & Relationship Officer (Female)
Location: Karachi, Pakistan
Duty Timings: 7 Hours / Day (e.g., 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM)
Work Week: Monday to Saturday (Sunday Off)
Job Type: Primarily Field-Based (Market Visits)
Job Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and professional Field Sales & Relationship Officer to spearhead our market expansion and B2B/B2C client acquisition in Karachi. This is an active, field-oriented role that requires direct market visits, face-to-face pitching, and building sustainable, long-term relationships with key business partners, retail outlets, or corporate accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Direct Market Visits: Regularly visit assigned markets, commercial hubs, and prospective client locations across Karachi to pitch our services/products.
Long-Term Relationship Building: Act as the primary face of the company, fostering trust, maintaining regular follow-ups, and securing repeat business and referrals from key clients.
Client Acquisition & Onboarding: Identify potential leads in the field, explain product/service offerings, negotiate terms, and successfully onboard new clients.
Market Intelligence: Gather on-ground feedback, monitor competitor activities, and report market trends to the management team.
Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily/weekly outreach and conversion targets set for field operations.
Requirements & Qualifications
Gender: Female
Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in field sales, business development, customer relationship management, or corporate outreach.
Skills: Excellent communication, strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, highly energetic, and resilient in a field environment.
Local Knowledge: Good familiarity with Karachi's commercial markets and key business areas.
Education: Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field.
